One of the facts that I learned was that nicotine is one of the most addictive drugs that there is and that is why it is so hard to quit smoking. Women are more likely to start smoking and have a harder time at quitting than men do. In fact, fewer women permanently quit smoking than men do even though there are more women that started. You should have more women quitters since there are more women smokers. Some rock stars reported that quitting smoking was harder than giving up other recreational drugs that they had tried.
