There were too many charts and not enough room
My best friend worked in a doctors office for about ten years. As the number of patients grew so did their charts. The office had built in office shelves that could no longer hold all of the charts for the patients. They had to get someone to come in and take down the shelves. They then put in shelves that were on wheels to roll back and forth so that they could fit more charts into the small area. My best friend likes that there is plenty of space for the charts and that they are not all crammed into a small space anymore.
