House Must Have Certain Criteria
We have several criteria that we’re looking for in a new house. I want it to have a garden tub, a gas stove and a heat pump. After that, I’m negotiable. I love a garden club because it’s my place to get away. I like a gas stove because I feel like my food cooks more evenly that way. I want a heat pump because I feel like they are more cost effective and less likely to break. I’ve been looking at houses the last couple of weeks and I’ve found a few that meet all my requirements and are in my price range.
