What is Traumatic Brain Injury?
I am interested in learning more about Traumatic Brain Injury. What exactly is this? How do they diagnose it, and what are the common causes for this? A friend of mine just told me that her mother was in an accident, and she is really worried about what is going to happen to her since she was told this was one of the injuries her mother has sustained. Is this something that people recover from? I would like to be able to offer her some support, but I don’t want to give her any false hope. Where can I learn more about this?
