My husband called me today and said that he was ready to start a free colon cleansing program that he had gotten from his doctor. I was a little shocked by this because this is just not in my husbands personality at all. I do not even think that the word diet or healthy eating has ever crossed his lips. He is not the type of person who likes to eat foods that are good for him. I told him that sure I would try this with him. If he is willing to try something new than so am I.
