I’ve been looking into High Yield Online Savings lately. I’ve had enough of big local banks. Lousy rates and high fees - why stick with them? It’s time for a change, so I’m going to try something new. Sometimes you have to remind yourself that you are lending your money to the bank with these accounts, and they ought to be paying you. It’s not like you get to charge the bank fees when they loan you money, after all. I personally like ING Direct. I’ve been with them for a couple of years now, and have no complaints. I’ve saved a lot of money as well. Who cares if the big banks have more ATMs when they will refund your ATM fees from any other Bank? Now I can use any ATM in town.
