Many people have heard of the famous Siebel Companies CRM software and today’s dominating force Microsoft CRM but not many know that in the beginning around 1992 when Siebel entered the CRM market it did so co-marketing the software with Microsoft! It’s no wonder Microsoft is well aware of the power of this great company and is trying everything in their power to beat them out for the market share. Many Siebel CRM customers stand loyal to the Siebel CRM platform over Microsoft and although Microsoft tends to have a higher marketing budget Siebel is still the best software of it’s kind and will continue to bring us new and exciting software upgrades.
