On my visit to the doctor, a couple months ago, I was told that my blood pressure was a bit high. She said it was at the level called pre-hypertension and I needed to do something about it now, before it got any higher. Now I am on a salt free diet with lots more fruits and veggies in it. She also put me on a exercise routine that I have to do everyday. She went on and on telling me all the problems I could have if my blood pressure gets any higher. Believe me I will get it  down fast and keep it down.
