Love Handle Excersizes that Do the Trick
When you are doing love handle excersizes that concentrate on your abdominal muscles, most think that these exercises must be done on your back in order to see results, but that is not the case. While doing crunches and sit ups do help tremendously, they only focus on one set of stomach muscles. If you have larger handles of flab on either side of your stomach, there are other exercises you must do that do not require you lying on the floor and can be done in a standing position. With your feet planted firmly on the ground and your body facing forward, bend and dip your body to the side as far as it will go down without bending your knees. Repeat with several repetitions on both sides.
