These days, more and more employers realize the importance of health and wellness programs for their workforce. One of the most significant resources of an organization is its employees, and therefore, their health should be valued to come up with more productive and happier employees. Employees’ outputs are affected if they are susceptible to sickness and absences. Whenever this happens, the company suffers, as well, due to interruptions in work and higher medical costs.
