Looking Into Lean Manufacturing Methods
I’ve just started learning about
Lean Manufacturing Methods. I think it could help our company if we could manage to make the necessary adjustments.
From what I can tell, Lean Manufacturing Principles would be of such great benefit for us that it would be worth the difficult changes we’d have to make.
I think big improvements in efficiency will be absolutely critical for our ongoing success.
