I had asked our resident lawyer who was helping me in a recent real estate transaction to put together a letter for me to show to our client. We have been getting into a sticky situation and I thought it would be best if we stop it at the beginning before it gets out of control. I have to turn in the letter this afternoon but I can not find out where the lawyer filed it on our lack of a Invu Document Management system. This is really getting me frustrated and as soon as I am finished with the letter I am going to mandate a filing system.
