Once you have the benchmarking performance chosen you need to allow all members of staff to know what they are. Certainly one of the quickest and simplest ways of doing this is by sending an email to them or placing them on the company’s intranet system. You may also choose to actually print them off and place them in places where they are prominently displayed such as in the office canteen or in the conference room.
