We all know about conveyors and conveyor belts. These can be seen in news reports, documentaries, movies, and even drawn on cartoons and comic strips. However, the common image of the conveyor is something that moves items in only one direction. In reality, it would be uncommon for a manufacturing company not to use a multidirectional conveyor top. A multidirectional conveyor top is a part of a conveyor system which diverts items down different paths. Most companies make use of this because although most companies have a base product, they often turn out different items. No corporation can exist selling a single product line. There needs to be diversity.
