I purchased my BMW car from an authorised dealer in Florida. After the factory warranty for a period of one year expired, I ventured to look around for an after market car warranty.

After some deep research on various dealers and companies offering this warranty, I finally settled on one which seemed to be the cheapest and offering the best package. In spite of my friend warning me against it, I just went ahead and got my automobile warranty from them without checking on their credentials, background, etc. I realised my mistake when after a major breakdown, I had to take my car to my repair company and they tried to contact my warranty company only to find out this company did not even exist any more. You can imagine the bill amount I had to shell out for getting my car repaired.
