the workout today
in the beginning of the workout that i ma going to be doing today i will be doing flat bench presses with alot of weight ands a slow controled movement. that is what has been goiving me that reallyt deep muscle sore ness that i have been looking for the last few months and i am happy about that too. that is what i look for about 2 days after i train a muscle group. it is what tells me that my training is working. i have benn eating alot of raw foods these days to keep my body fueled a recovering aswell. it works well.
