I’m looking for tips on starting my own talent agency. Having been involved with talent agencies for years as someone who needed a manager, I feel like I could take what I’ve learned over the years and help other people find jobs. I’m pretty excited about helping people live out their dreams and actually make money from doing the things they love doing and are skilled at doing. I saw a website selling a book by Randy Charach about how to starting your own agency. I could use as many tips as I can, so I think I might check it out. Hopefully, it’ll help me get started soon so I can start making more money soon.
