applying window film
An easy and inexpensive option for changing the look of a window is the use of decorative window glass films. Whether its for privacy in a bathroom, or to make a one-way mirror, window films are very practical and simple enough for anyone to do themselves.
First, you need a clean surface. Make sure the window is completely clean and free of any bumpy specs of dirt. Then, without removing the backin from the film, hold it against the window and mark it to cut it to size. Now, it’s time to remove the backing and apply the film. Set the film’s edge against the side of your window and line it up. Use a small squeegee to smooth out the film diagonally working from the bottom corner to the opposite top corner. Make sure no air bubbles are allowed to stay as you slowly smooth it out, and that is all there is to it!
