I have always been good at getting enough cardiovascular exercise, but I had never received any instruction for lifting weights or changing up my fitness program. I tried to use DVD’s and videos for lifting weights at home, but since there was no feedback, I had no idea if I was doing the exercises correctly. One of my coworkers told me about a personal training sydney service that was excellent, and I went in to take a look for myself. I was very pleased with the initial session, so I decided to join the gym and get more training. Now I am more toned then ever!
