My dad has taken up fitness exercises lately. His doctor told him to take the medication to control his cholesterol and he started to concern more about his health. He push himself to do more exercise and now he can run about 4-5 miles. Just Amazing! He measures his timings with his ipod, and now he is busy reading best heart rate monitor reviews in order to buy one. Oh, he also reads lots and lots of health and workout blogs. I won’t be surprised if he starts going to the gym. Wow, I think he is really serious about it this time. I have been trying to keep a schedule for sometime without much success.
